أعلنت شركة إي إم أكس ([EMX](https://www.emx.ae/ar))، الذراع اللوجستية لسفن إكس ([7X](https://www.7x.ae/ar))، عن إطلاق خدمة وطنية متكاملة لإصدار البطاقات من الطباعة إلى التسليم، في خطوةٍ تُوسِّع نطاق خدماتها إلى مجال جديد يكمّل قدراتها اللوجستية الأساسية.

وتعتمد المنظومة التشغيلية المكتملة على دمج توريد البطاقات، والتخصيص الآمن محلياً، والتغليف، والتسليم إلى باب المتعامل، لتقدّم للمصارف وشركات التكنولوجيا المالية والجهات الحكومية حلاً سريعاً وموثوقاً بإدارةٍ محلية متوافقة مع أولويات دولة الإمارات. ويتولى مركز الوثائق الإلكترونية ([EDC](https://edc.ae/ar/))، الشركة الشقيقة لشركة إي أم أكس والتابعة لسفن إكس، العمليات التشغيلية الداخلية مستفيدًا من خبرته الطويلة في التخصيص الآمن وإدارة البيانات، وبالتالي توحيد جميع المراحل ضمن سلسلة واحدة وآمنة تحت إدارة إي أم أكس، واستبدال نموذج المورّدين المتعدّدين بخدمةٍ مبسّطة تقلّص التأخيرات، وتعزّز حماية البيانات، وترفع مستوى ضمان الجودة في كل مرحلة.
وقال **ليث طهبوب، المدير العام لشركة إي أم أكس**: "يمثّل هذا الإطلاق انتقالاً مدروساً لخبرات إي أم أكس اللوجستية إلى ميدان الإصدار الآمن، عبر خدمة وطنية متكاملة قابلة للتوسّع وشفافة، صُمِّمت في دولة الإمارات ولأجل المنطقة. وباعتماد سلسلة عهدة موحّدة من التوريد إلى التخصيص والتسليم، نسرّع دورة الإنجاز، ونُبقي البيانات الحسّاسة داخل الحدود الوطنية، ونلتزم بأعلى معايير الامتثال والأمن، اتساقاً مع أجندة التحوّل الرقمي للدولة."

وتأتي هذه الخدمة ضمن خارطة طريق أوسع لشركة إي أم أكس لتوطين البنية التحتية الحيوية، وتعزيز المرونة الرقمية، وتمكين المتعاملين من خلال حلول آمنة قابلة للتهيئة، ومنسجمة مع الرؤية الوطنية لدولة الإمارات. وقد تم تصميم البنية من الصفر لتلبية كافة المتطلبات على صعيد الامتثال والأمن، بما يجعلها خياراً مثالياً للمؤسسات التي تتعامل مع بيانات مالية أو شخصية حسّاسة.

وأضاف **طهبوب**: "ترتكز خارطة الطريق لدينا على توطين المكوّنات الأساسية، وتعزيز الصلابة الرقمية، وتمكين المتعاملين من رؤيةٍ وتحكّمٍ كاملين بدورة الإصدار. ومن خلال إدارة شاملة لإنتاج البطاقات وتخصيصها داخل منشأة آمنة واحدة، ننهي نموذج تعدّد المورّدين وتجزؤ العمليات، ونرفع موثوقية الخدمة وجودتها من المصدر حتى مرحلة التسليم في الميل الأخير."

وباعتماد الإنتاج داخل الدولة، تتقلّص مدد التنفيذ بشكلٍ ملحوظ، بما يتيح تلبية بعض الطلبات في اليوم التالي، مع الالتزام التامّ بتنظيمات سيادة البيانات الوطنية. كما أن توحيد تدفّقات العمل لدى مزوّدٍ واحد يسرّع العمليات ويعزّز ضوابط الأمن والجودة من الإنتاج حتى التسليم، مدعوماً بالتعقّب اللحظي والرقابة المركزية.
وصُمِّم النموذج ليكون قابلاً للتوسّع إقليمياً، بما يرسّخ مكانة إي أم أكس كمركزٍ إقليمي للإصدار والتلبية الآمنين والفعّالين والمتوافقين تنظيمياً عبر دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.

[EMX](https://www.emx.ae/), the logistics arm of [7X](https://www.7x.ae/), announced the launch of a national, end-to-end card issuance and fulfilment service, marking the company’s entry into a new domain that complements its core logistics capability.


The fully operational infrastructure integrates card sourcing, secure local personalisation, packaging, and last-mile delivery, offering banks, fintechs, and government entities a fast, reliable, and locally managed solution aligned with the UAE’s strategic priorities. The operationsare managed by EMX’s sister company, Electronic Documents Centre ([EDC](https://edc.ae/)), 7X’s expert in secure personalisation and data handling. By unifying all key processes under one secure chain of custody by EMX, the service replaces a fragmented multi-vendor model with a streamlined one that reduces delays, strengthens data protection, and enhances quality assurance across every stage.


**Laith Tahboub, General Manager of EMX**, commented, “This launch extends EMX’s logistics leadership into secure issuance, providing a scalable and transparent service built in the UAE and for the region. With production based in the UAE, turnaround times are significantly reduced, allowing some orders to be fulfilled as early as the next day, while ensuring full compliance with national data sovereignty regulations. Consolidating workflows under one provider accelerates operations and reinforces security and quality controls from production to delivery, supported by real-time tracking and centralised oversight.

17 مدرسة مشاركة جمعت أكثر من 672,000 درهم إماراتي لدعم الطلاب من الأسر المتعففة

تتعاون شركة "سكتشرز" و"سفن إكس" مع دبي العطاء لدعم وتسهيل توزيع الحقائب المدرسية قبل بدء العام الدراسي الجديد

**دبي، دولة الإمارات المتحدة، 26 مايو 2025**: انسجاماً مع أهداف عام المجتمع الذي أطلقته دولة الإمارات، أطلقت دبي العطاء، المؤسسة الإنسانية العالمية التي تتخذ من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة مقراً لها، بنجاح دورة عام 2025 من مبادرتها المجتمعية الرائدة "طلاب من أجل الطلاب". وتهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تمكين الطلاب في جميع أنحاء دولة الإمارات ليكونوا صنّاع تغيير من خلال جمع التبرعات لدعم أقرانهم من الأسر المتعففة.

في عرض رائع للتكافل، جمعت 17 مدرسة مُشاركة ما يزيد عن 672,000 درهم إماراتي. وقد مكّنت هذه التبرعات الطلاب من المشاركة في فعاليات "يوم التطوع"، التي أُقيمت بين 21 أبريل و16 مايو 2025، حيث قاموا بتجهيز آلاف الحقائب المدرسية.

بدعم لوجستي مميز لهذه المبادرة، قامت سفن إكس (7X) – الشريك اللوجستي للمبادرة – من خلال ذراعها اللوجستي إي أم أكس (EMX)، بضمان تسليم المستلزمات المدرسية بسلاسة إلى المدارس المشاركة قبل فعاليات "يوم التطوع"، كما تولّت إدارة تخزينها، وستشرف لاحقاً على توزيع الحزم على المدارس والمؤسسات الخيرية في مختلف أنحاء دولة الإمارات، وذلك قبيل بدء العام الدراسي الجديد. وتسهم هذه الجهود الوطنية في تمكين الطلاب من المجتمعات محدودة الدخل من بدء عامهم الدراسي بالمستلزمات التي يحتاجونها للنجاح والازدهار.

ولتعزيز أثر المبادرة، انضمت شركة سكتشرز، العلامة التجارية الرائدة في مجال الأحذية العصرية والرياضية، التي تديرها مجموعة أباريل كشريك رئيسي من خلال التبرع بـ10,000 حقيبة ظهر. كما قدمت هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية دعمها كشريك استراتيجي، مما يعزز أهمية العمل الجماعي في تعزيز المساواة في التعليم. ومن خلال هذه الشراكات، سيتم توزيع الحقائب المدرسية على طلاب في عدد من المدارس والمؤسسات الخيرية، بما في ذلك المدارس الأهلية الخيرية، ومدرسة أم القرى، ومدرسة الراشدية الخاصة، ومدرسة الذيد الخاصة، ومؤسسة الاتحاد الخيرية، ومدارس حماية، وجمعية الاحسان الخيرية، ومدرسة التفوق الخاصة. وتتضمن الحقائب المدرسية الموزعة: حقيبة ظهر ومقلمة ودفاتر باللغة العربية والإنجليزية وأقلام رصاص وأقلام حبر ومبراة وممحاة وكراسة رسم وأقلام تلوين ومسطرة وأصابع لصق وأقلام سبورة بيضاء.

**Dubai, UAE – 26 May 2025:** In line with the UAE's Year of Community, Dubai Cares, the UAE-based global philanthropic organization, has successfully launched the 2025 edition of its flagship community engagement initiative, Students for Students. The initiative empowers students across the UAE to become agents of change by raising funds in support of their peers from low-income families. 

In a remarkable display of solidarity, 17 participating schools collectively raised over AED 672,000. These funds enabled students to take part in special “Volunteer Day” events, held between April 21 and May 16, 2025, where they packed thousands of school kits.  

Supporting the logistics of this initiative, 7X – the initiative’s Logistics Partner - through its logistics arm EMX, ensured the smooth delivery of school kits to participating schools ahead of the packing days, managed their storage, and will later oversee the distribution of the schoolbags to charity schools and organizations across the UAE, closer to the start of the new academic year. This nationwide effort ensures that students from underserved communities begin the school year with the tools they need to thrive. 

To further amplify the impact, Skechers, a leading lifestyle and performance footwear brand operated by Apparel Group, joined the initiative as a key partner by donating 10,000 schoolbags. The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) also lent its support as a Strategic Partner, reinforcing the importance of collective action in advancing educational equity. Through these partnerships, schoolbags will be distributed to students across several charity schools and organizations, including the National Charity Schools, Umm Al Qura School, Al Rashidiya Private School, Al Dhaid Private School, Al Itihad Charity Foundation, Hemaya Schools, Al Ihsan Charity Association, and Al Tafawq Private School. The distributed school kits included a backpack, pencil case, Arabic and English notebooks, pencils, pens, sharpeners, erasers, sketchbooks, colored pencils, rulers, glue sticks, and whiteboard markers. **Participating Schools in 2025**: 
The participating schools include the American School of Creative Science Nad Al Sheba, Delhi Private School Dubai, Dubai English Speaking School, GEMS FirstPoint School, GEMS Legacy School, GEMS Wellington Academy – Silicon Oasis, GEMS Wellington International School, GEMS World Academy, Hartland International School, International School of Creative Science Nad Al Sheba, Jumeirah College, and Kings' School Al Barsha. Schools under the International Schools Partnership include, Nibras International School, Star International School Al Twar, Star International School Mirdif, The Aquila School, and The English College.

أعلنت "إي أم أكس"، الشركة الرائدة في تقديم الخدمات اللوجستية والتابعة لشركة "7X" (سفن إكس)، عن إطلاق خدمة "إي أم أكس انترناشيونال" لتوصيل الطرود في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وذلك بهدف تمكين شركات التجارة الإلكترونية من توسيع نطاق أسواقها والوصول إلى متعاملين جُدد في دول المنطقة، بما في ذلك المملكة العربية السعودية، وسلطنة عُمان، والكويت، والبحرين، وقطر، والأردن.

وستساهم الخدمة الجديدة في تبسيط الإجراءات اللوجستية وخفض التكاليف التشغيلية وتوفير الوقت اللازم لإيصال الطرود للمتعاملين، حيث ستصبح "إي أم أكس" الوجهة الرئيسية لاستقبال وتوزيع شحنات الطرود في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، مما يُتيح للشركات تطوير عملياتها اللوجستية مستفيدةً من موقع إمارة دبي كبوّابة إلى المنطقة. وتُدير "إي أم أكس" مختلف مراحل العمليات اللوجستية بكفاءة عالية، بدءاً من الاستلام إلى التخليص الجمركي، وتمتاز هذه الخدمة باختصار زمن العبور بين الدول، بما يسهم في إيصال الطرود إلى المتعاملين خلال فترة تتراوح بين يومين وأربعة أيام. وتتماشى الخدمة الجديدة مع خطط "7X" الإستراتيجية لتعزيز انتشار شبكة المجموعة وتقديم أفضل الخدمات لمتعامليها بكفاءة وسرعة.

وفي إطار سعيها لتوفير خدمة عالية الجودة، تتعاون "إي أم أكس" مع مجموعة من روّاد خدمات التوصيل السريع في جميع أنحاء دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، لتوفّر شبكة توصيل متكاملة تتميز بتوظيف التكنولوجيا المتقدمة وبكفاءة عمليات التخليص الجمركي وببنية تحتية قوية، بما في ذلك التغطية الجغرافية الواسعة، وحجم أسطول التوزيع، والقوى العاملة المتميزة.

ووفقاً لتقرير "حالة التجارة الإلكترونية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وجنوب آسيا"، الصادر عن "دبي كوميرسيتي"، فقد حقّق قطاع التجارة الإلكترونية في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي نمواً استثنائياً بلغ 33% سنوياً في الفترة ما بين 2019 و2022، أي ما يقرب من ضعف معدل النمو العالمي الذي بلغ 17%. وبحلول العام 2025، يُتوقّع أن يصل إجمالي إيرادات التجارة الإلكترونية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي إلى 50 مليار دولار أمريكي. ومن المتوقع أن تسجل إيرادات القطاع زيادة بمعدل نمو سنوي مركب قدره 10.95% في الفترة ما بين 2023 و2007. وتُعزى هذه الزيادة إلى نمو أعداد المتسوقين عبر الإنترنت بما يصل إلى نحو 60%.

EMX, a leading logistics provider under 7X, announced today the launch of “EMX International”, its new international solution for eCommerce parcel delivery across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The Dubai CommerCity report on the MEASA eCommerce landscape states that the eCommerce in GCC grew by an impressive 33 per cent annually from 2019 to 2022. This growth was almost double the global rate of 17 per cent. By 2025, the GCC’s total eCommerce revenue is expected to reach USD 50 billion, increasing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10.95 per cent between 2023 and 2027. This increase is supported by an expanding number of online shoppers, reaching almost 60 per cent.

Dubai Customs entered into a memorandum of understanding with Emirates Post Group, and as per the agreement, the Group has been granted the authority to establish and enhance an electronic system that enables the organization and provision of customs data. This system will play a significant role in facilitating and streamlining trading procedures for customers. 

The memorandum was signed by **Ahmed Mahboob Musabih, Director General of Dubai Customs, CEO of Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation**, and **Abdulla Mohammed Alashram, Group CEO of Emirates Post Group Company, at the headquarters of Dubai Customs.**

Ahmed Mahboob Musabih expressed his pleasure in signing this memorandum, which enhances the joint cooperation with Emirates Post Group, and stated their commitment to achieving client satisfaction and supporting Dubai as one of the best cities to live and work, and a global capital of economy and trade.
